4. Ordering, Pricing & Payments
All products listed on this site are subject to availability. Purity Prime reserves the right to adjust prices, introduce discount promotions, or limit purchase quantities at any time without prior notice. By completing checkout, you authorize us to process the transaction via our secure payment partners or record the Cash on Delivery (COD) request. Orders may be cancelled or held by us if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5. Skin Care Safety Disclaimer

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of this website or purchase of our products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable central and state laws. The courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms, subject to the Dispute Resolution clause below.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Purity Prime website or services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations within 30 days of one party notifying the other. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended, by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by both parties. The place of arbitration shall be Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
